D&M Consulting significantly contributed to the extensive site works of this Brownfields Commercial redevelopment.

Our involvement began with the initial concept design and extended throughout the development application process, culminating in overseeing construction.

We were responsible for the development of the off street carparking, as well as detailed plans to manage stormwater, ensuring the project's alignment with existing Council infrastructure for the new commercial use on the site.

Notably, the project's structural elements included bespoke design of the precast concrete panels, steel framing to the roof and awning structure, and slabs on grade for both the internal and external to the new structure.

Throughout the construction phase, our close collaboration with the builder ensured the efficient realisation of the project goal.
