D&M Consulting played a key role in the comprehensive development of this mixed-use complex. Our involvement spanned from the initial concept design before the development application process to overseeing construction.

Our scope encompassed the provision of off-street parking designs, as well as the creation of thorough stormwater and on-site detention plans to manage off-site flows into the existing Council infrastructure.

Notably, the project presented notable structural complexities, particularly in retaining the historic Menangle Street frontage masonry facade using temporary bracing structures. We also managed the construction of new reinforced concrete ground and suspended first floors, intricately tying them to the historical facade.

Throughout the construction phase, we collaborated closely with the builder to ensure the efficient realisation of the project.
