D&M Consulting significantly contributed to the extensive site works of this bespoke residential development.

Our involvement began with the initial concept structural design and extended throughout the development application process, culminating in overseeing construction.

The project's structural elements included bespoke design of the extensive suspended concrete deck and basement,  precast concrete wall panels, steel framing to the roof and awning structure, and slabs on grade for both the internal and external to the new structure.

Throughout the construction phase, our close collaboration with the builder ensured the efficient realisation of the project goals.
