D&M Consulting played a pivotal role in the extensive development of this industrial site. Our engagement began prior to the Development Application and extended through overseeing the construction phase.

Our responsibilities involved providing designs for off-street parking and developing stormwater design to encompass on-site detention and retention, aligning with the mandates of both Council and WaterNSW policies.

The structural aspects included designing a long span steel framing for the factory with expansive awnings, as well as full height concrete tilt-up fire walls along the boundary.

Throughout the construction phase, we maintained close collaboration with the builder to ensure the effective execution of the project.
